Three weeks in autumn 2016. Starting from Bergamo in Italy, we drove west towards France, passed over the Alps on small roads and went through southern France till we hit the Pyrenees. Then we followed the northern coast of Spain, drove down to Porto (Portugal), followed the Douro Valley east out of Porto until we re-entered Spain, then again France and finally back to Italy.
